Am Standort Corneliusfeld 240 Wohneinheiten, am Standort Kirchenfeld 65 Wohneinheiten und am Wilhelmplatz 15 Wohneinheiten. Diese sollen einen guten Mix von freifinanzierten und gefördertem/preiswerten Wohnraum darstellen. |

Ferner wird auf Ausweisung weiterer Neubaugebiete (Vorst-Nord 2, Neubaugebiet hinter dem Schwimmbad, ehemaliges Kasernengelände Forstwald) verwiesen. Die größte Klimasiedlung am Standort Corneliusfeld mit 240 Wohneinheiten ist bei CampCorn nicht realisierbar. |

Zudem wäre denkbar, dass Schulgelände Corneliusfeld in der Nord- und Südausrichtung deutlich zu verkleinern, wenn dieses nur noch von dem Gymnasium genutzt wird. Hierdurch könnten ebenfalls Freiflächen für Wohnraum entstehen, wenn auch nicht in dem Umfang wie beim Campus-Projekt. |
